Payments & Booking

We make payments and bookings easy and straightforward to ensure your commitment and consistency.

Payments:

1-on-1 Sessions: Paid per session or as part of a package. Packages / Monthly Plans: Paid upfront. Group Sessions: Paid per person per session; discounts apply for multiple participants. Accepted Methods: Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or other digital payment methods.

Booking:

Clients can schedule sessions via Calendly, text, or direct message. Full payment required for packages or monthly plans. Single sessions paid at the time of workout. Flexible payment options available for long-term monthly plans upon request.

Policies:

Cancellations / Reschedules: Must provide at least 24-hour notice to avoid losing the session. Late / No-Show: Arriving 15 minutes late or more = no show = no refund. Accountability: Upfront payment and strict scheduling policies ensure clients are committed and consistent.
